I attended a drag show a few weeks ago and randomly visited tonight. As a First Nations person, I have never felt safer. The front of house staff, the dj especially made us feel welcome. Thank you to the amazing staff for making us feel welcome!
Amazing performances and service??? but not everyone that play music in a club should be called a deejay.Yesterday after the drag show the music was awful. I felt in one of those straight breweries from Yaletown, but worse… The song transitions were painful and out of beat every single time. One song good, three terrible with not correlation between them. The whole thing was an absurdity. So the club was empty within an hour.

Massive props to the DJ who played Friday 9th of Feb, we missed her name but we just wanted to thank her for playing some indigenous music and adding a touch decolonization to the nightclub scene!Thank you for making my partner feel seen, it meant so so much to him!!! You made his night!Also to the bar keep, I think his name was Peter, thank you for being an epic ally and coming to chat after last call! Bloody legend!
