Trying this once was enough.

$25 for microwaved meal. It’s a really cute store that has been here for years. But the food is horrible and I feel really bad for the people that got attracted here by the 4.7 reviews.
Please avoid.

Cute little waffle place! Staff was very friendly, and was recommended by my brother.
It can be a bit challenging to find parking, no fault of Just Waffles, just a Vancouver issue.

Favorite breakfast spot in Vancouver, amazing food & better people from the first time I walked in, it felt like home. The staff/owners walked out to check on me every time I’ve eaten there which is rare to see & feel these days. The Waffels were so good it had me questioning my love for French toast lol

Highly recommend for a local bite. Great selection of home made waffles. The owners are great people and they use fresh ingredients. Absolutely delicious and recommend their juices too!

For the 4.7 rating, i think 4.5 goes to the staff attitude and friendly service. We ordered chicken and berry waffle, and turns out chicken is from can and berrys from frozen. I would love to give five star if they were charged 5cad instead of over 20cad each.

Very attentive staff. The owners Kathy and Calvin Klein made sure we felt welcomed as we were visiting from Toronto. Calvin told us the story behind the food, and their cookie jar collection is quite impressive! They definitely left a lasting impact on us, not just as a restaraunt but as people

My favorite spot in the neighborhood.

I stumbled upon it by chance one day and never looked back.
The waffles are absolutely delicious (Nutella is my top pick), and the owners, Kathy and Calvin, are incredibly warm and welcoming.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and it’s always a pleasure to chat with them.

I love bringing friends here so more people can discover this little gem.

Best waffles ever. We had the waffles for the first time today and I gotta tell you it was better than I could have imagined. We'll be back.

Great waffles, really tasty. And tax is included and the prices are nice round numbers which makes everything that bit easier.

The best waffle experience in the whole city, the taste of the hollandaise sauce is incomparable.

If you blink while driving down the street, you'll miss it. Tiny little restaurant, only a couple of tables, but don't be fooled by what you see, their food is Beyond Amazing.
