It was my first time at this sandwich shop, so I asked for a recommendation. Instead of helping, she just asked what I wanted. After I chose one, it wasn’t even warmed up. When I asked for it to be grilled, it came back almost burnt. Not a great first experience.

Truly one of the gems of Vancouver. I work a few doors down and genuinely crave a sandwich from Kathy every day. When I give into that craving, it is the best experience. She is so friendly, fast, and makes the best sandwich in the world. Highly recommend a chicken melt with everything on it or a breakfast sandwich, but you really can’t go wrong. Go say hi to Kathy!!

Got a chicken caesar wrap, was very fresh and had lots of croutons which i like. good for a grab and go lunch. Ladies were nice.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I know a lower rating would affect their overall score. The staff are nice, but I was disappointed. My wrap was still cold after asking to have it warmed, and the onions were raw instead of fried(fried after I mentioned ) They mean well, but you have to be very specific and remind them to follow the recipe and your requests. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich last week, and my expectations were high due to the recent comments. But it was the worst sandwich ever I had. It was just a small bread when I compared the prices and even the chicken had skin on it. Doesn’t worth that prices

Came in the morning time. The lady working, who I assume is Kathy, immediately got up and made me my order. The ingredients are great and the prices are great too. Sandwich tasted perfect. Not a single thing you could even remotely complain about! 10/10 would recommend
