true Japanese food this is not like the food you eat when you go to Tokyo this Japanese food is more traditional and this food is light and it is super good i recommend the full corse dinner but there is only one sever currently. (i am not good at english so i dont know how to make it grammar correctly.) people keep saying octopus chewy but thats how you know its fresh also this restaurant may not be kid friendly but if your kid is not loud because people like it to be peaceful when its not loud

It has been a couple of months since we have had dinner at Nakamura. The sushi was delicious and quantity is very high. Service is excellent we sat out front on there small patio.
First, this humble spot is above my pay grade. This is not where you look for volume and bargains. I will be dining on crackers for a while to justify it in my budget.Having said that, and recalibrating... It was gentle perfection.This dish offers sushi individually made with the freshest of ingredients. Each piece deserved its moment to enrapture the senses. Each piece was a revelation.It seems like a family business. The chef is a wizard and the hostess is relaxed and gracious.For me, this was a "One Off". It was a marvelous experience that I will lock in my memory.

We wanted a good Japanese lunch before heading to the airport and found Nakamura purely by walking by. Lucky we did. Authentic Japanese cuisine served by the nicest family. Best Japanese food I have had since being in Japan. The una don was unreal and don’t be scared to try the bbq salmon collar!
