I had a great experience at the KFC Broadway location in Vancouver! The food was delicious, and what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Anmol, the employee who assisted me, was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and his friendly attitude made my visit all the more enjoyable. Worst location ever. I've tried to go here multiple times and they close early and are so rude. Legit tell me to get out. The website says they're open and when I go they say they're closed. Even though the door is open, I am able to walk in and the website says it's open. Worst location ever and the worst customer service ever even when it is open.

Even if you made an order 1 hour before, you will not receive your order on time. They will start making it when you arrive. I waited almost an hour and a half to get two sandwiches. Hire more people.
Yesterday I ordered a meal at 11:20 and there was one less when it was delivered, and I left you a message, do you think I gave less tip, are you unhappy? On November 29th, also at 11:20, I ordered a $23.29 holiday double bento, but you ordered a $19.59 holiday chicken sandwich bento. Maybe you made a mistake in your hustle, But can't you confirm it before giving it to the delivery？
