I tried to order popcorn chicken, they lied and said they did not have any popcorn chicken. Then someone behind me ordered a mash up bowl. Which contains popcorn chicken and they had it. I made a scene and they said you can only orser popcorn chicken on the kfc app on your phone... That is ridiculous to me..

This is a âslow foodâ chain. I ordered 25 mins in advance for just a simple burger set but the staff there keeps lying with â5 more minutesâ, â3 more minutesâ with zero sense of urgency. The staff there cannot be trusted. Unless you have 1 hour to spend , do not order anything from this store. They donât care

Itâs KFC. One of the places youâll crave and then youâll be good for a while. Lots of parking staff are definitely really busy and overworked.

Ordered through uber eats came when it said my food would be ready and had to wait 30 min still. The place was almost empty and people walked in after me and got their food first. People were just hanging out in the back(not in uniform) and only 1 person was actually working. When the food actually came they only gave me half the food and I had to come back. Another 25 min wait total garbage
This classic KFC in Mount Pleasant neighborhood in East Vancouver has many a story. Nice to see it still operating, had to pop in to try that pickle Pepsi. I watched the KFC quality lesson as over the decades. Not impressed with the service or food quality lately.

This KFC is low quality, worse customer service and the pop machine is constantly dirty. The front staff don't know how to work the till and the cooks are slow. They yelled at me in the restaurant when I inquired why my pick up order isn't ready. ORDER DINNER SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THERE IS BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD. The colonel would be disappointed.

Not many people decide to leave a review for a chain fast food, but this place deserves 5 stars because of the staff. In particular I want to thank one of the staffs, a very sweet lady that is always smiling and being friendly with you. She has better costumer service than many 5 star restaurants. Anyway, great neighborhood KFC
