Extremely slow getting your order. When I got home, wrong order. No fries, no coleslaw. Even the chicken wasn't cooked properly. Looked like it went through a blender. Couldn't be bothered to go back to fix order.

Went to this establishment today and was very disappointed. Ordered a wing I do not know how long they were on the shelf, were barely warm and the layout is so hard that you could break your teeth on it. Buying fast food in Europe all the time I didn't expect it to be so much worse in Canada and it's not just about KFC but Macdonald as well. So slow service even though there were not many customers in the place, the order was collected for 15 minutes, they did not put napkins and cutlery, even though I ordered a salad. It's just a transfer of products so disgusting to cook what people pay for.

My friend has been standing in line for 20 minutes standing in line for his simple order. He is very fed up and hasn’t been offered anything in exchange for his lengthy wait. Multiple people have ordered and received their food before him. All I ordered was a soda and it took them 10 minutes to give me the cup. This is unacceptable and I will be calling corporate!!! 😤😤😤😤

I’m currently standing in the restaurant, as I have been for the last 25 minutes waiting for my simple order (3 items). I’ve gotten very fed up and have not been offered anything in exchange for the lengthy wait. People have come and gone with their orders, yet my food is nowhere to be found.
