Worst service ever. I opt for dine in and they give no trays just the bags. And no tissue anywhere in the restaurant. Tissues are basic amenities, how much are you gonna save on them to make a profit.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. I normally love KFC for their gravy and regular chicken. The chicken was mediocre and the gravy was completely wrong. It was water and too peppery. Wouldn't even call it gravy. A single 4 piece meal took 20min to prep and give to me at the front counter. Staff seemed incompetent, but to be fair there was only 2 of them. Not even busy. 4 people into the restaurant and not alot of online orders. Will not order from this location again untill management gets themselves together

I ordered 4 original recipe chicken and the 6 original chicken promotion today. However it end up with I only got 5 original chicken for the 6 original chicken when I got home, there is one missing. I try to contact the store, the staff has a really bad attitude and refuse to take the responsibility or return the money. Now they want me to make the other order to redeem 3 pieces chicken as compensation but I don't wanna go back anymore. I'm so pissed about this order experience. Dont come to this store they truly SCAM customers!

Went there for their Tuesday specials right around noon. The place was chaotic with many students trying to place orders either via kiosks or counter. The staff (there was only 1) working at front was very efficient and try to get the orders out as quickly as she can. Food quality remained consistent despite how busy it was. Can’t complain much except for the wait to place my order.

This has undoubtly the best Tuesday special for chicken. The coating is not overdone and chicken portion plump for 4.95. Few people working so rush hour is slow at noon but staff friendly. Clean environment and washroom.
Shout out to Ahmed who is great, hospitable and hard working. Hope he is acknowledged in some formal environment

an absolute waste of a kfc, lol. brutally understaffed and run by a cheap and deeply soulless manager, they recently closed their kiosks because they couldn’t be bothered to staff them. five minute orders take twenty just to get in the cooker. mismanaged and on a skeleton crew - just go to mcdonald’s or dairy queen

Update: when you first opened, the chicken was terrible, soggy and lacking flavor. You guys have turned it around. Service is now great and the last few times I have come the spicy chicken has the crunch and flavor done to perfection. For some reason your regular flavor still lacks the crunch. Anyways it's great overall
