Skip this joint. I had dried out salad rolls, and a very flavorless and so dry (for lemongrass chicken) meal. I'm pretty sad about my choice since I grabbed food to go for my airport dinner. Reviews said it was tasty.. mine was not. I rarely write poor reviews but this one really missed the mark. Please try harder . Sorry for the honesty. I did mention to the server the rolls were leathery instead of soft and she said it's the rice paper supplier. I got the Hard parts of the lettuce and the leather wrap. Ps the shrimp salad rolls only have lettuce shrimp and noodles that's it... maybe their soups were better ?
Great food, friendly people, cute enough ambiance, a little cramped. Will eat there again.

Very good sushi at a great price
I saw the chef scratching his back under his garments and i do not know what else he scratched while preparing our food. The server was looking lazy & sleepy. No energy to serve.
No washroom too!!! It’s a zero star actually.
Great food, cheap prices, kind servers!
Totally recommended
The staff of this place smokes cigarette in front of the restaurant and throws the cigarette butt into the road.
Very good pho! I got the Kim House Special and it was amazing. The broth was rich, the beef amount was pretty generous for the price, and the noodles are delicious. Definitely underrated, especially considering that there is only one person running the whole restaurant. Top quality✨🙌

Nothing like a good bowl of pho on a cold rainy Vancouver day. For about $12 bucks, this is a really nice portion. Broth was delicious and flavourful, and I appreciated how cozy the place felt. As soon as I walked in, it smelled of broth and spices. Will definitely be back! I got their Kim House special.

The most healthy, tasty, and fast-served food around DT Vancouver that I had a pleasure to be referred to by my friend who works near by. This folks have been into restaurant business for many years, bought, sold, moved, and survived the harsh COVID times. Huge respect and many-many yammy-yammies. Now, please excuse me, I need to finish my gut-soothing lunch. It's Kim House Special noodle soup with fresh beef slices, btw. Thank you so soupch!
Came here to pick up a banh mi for lunch. The restaurants feels very hole in the wall/mom and pop and I got my banh mi after only a few minutes of waiting. The banh mi ($6.95) was delicious and the bread was so good. Soft and chewy on the inside and perfectly flaky/crunchy on the outside without hurting your mouth. The toppings inside were fairly reasonable and I tried both the chicken banh mi and the cold cut. Definitely going to come back here more often!

I ordered a banh mi and it was great. The bread had the perfect texture of crispyness and crunch but not over toasted where it cuts at your mouth and then inside the bread was fluffy and soft! ?? the iced coffee also was great I couldn’t wait to drink away at it before taking a photo. The staff was really nice. She even spent a little time having a conversation with me. I thought it was really sweet of her. I was def come back for the food! Didn’t dine in as I preferred to eat outside on a sunny day but I would love to experience what it like to dine in one day.

I ordered a roll and a special noodle to share with my child. The bean sprouts were plentiful and the roll was very delicious with my child.
The ingredients felt fresh. The amount of meat and vegetables in the noodles was plentiful and I enjoyed it.
I was grateful that the children responded kindly even though they ate their meals late.
Kid-friendliness: It was nice to have rolls and noodles that my child could eat.
