The food was stellar. Great combinations of rich flavors and varied textures. New takes on classic Thai dishes. One of the best Thom Yum’s and Pad Thai’s we’ve ever had. Service was great. Definitely going back.
I think this is the best pad Thai I’ve ever had: the noodles are moist and flavourful with a slight fattiness from the pork jowl to really enhance the flavours. The sprouts added a refreshing taste to it as well. The shrimp toast is also amazing because the crunchiness of the toast paired with soft shrimp makes the texture of the dish very complex. The oysters are very refreshing and huge!
A very conflicting experience. The food was tasty but feels more fusion than authentic. The main issue is the price: I mean, sure there’s 6 jumbo prawns in there and the ingredients are fresh, but $50 for a Tom Yum soup is pretty crazy.
