So good and so friendly. We came here after another restaurant gave us horrible service and thank goodness we did. The food was amazing all my kids ate everything (ages 4, 9, 10, and 16) they loved it. The rich broth is flavorful and the pork belly hit the spot. They were full but still managed to accommodate all 6 of us.

Taste that would not be out of place in Japan.
After trying several ramen places up and down Robson, is is by far the best.

From the outside it appears super unassuming but once you’re inside, the service is impeccable and the food delicious with huge portions! My family and I had such an enjoyable and lovely dinner experience- no long waits and lots of food to go around! Will stop in again next time we pass thru the city!

Excellent traditional Japenese Ramen. Friendly servers and good prices. Huge portions. The Spocy Garlic Ramen is incredible!

Ramen is okay not like the absolute best though
The ramen was not super tasty and they don't even have tonkatsu on the menu. Will not be back.

Very disappointing experience at this place, and we love ramen usually. Almost as soon as the soup came we wished we could have said forget it and gone somewhere else. It was cold. The meat cut was super thin and poor quality. The meat, noodles, and egg didn’t taste fresh and the egg had a green ring around it. The broth just tasted off and was watery with random chunks of fat dumped in and not integrated with the soup. Neither of us came close to finishing, simply because it tasted bad - not even the meat. The server was really struggling with her English and couldn’t answer a question about the choices between broth richness levels. She delivered only one soup and no extra bowl with the assumption that we were sharing even though we both ordered different kinds, so we were eating at different times… awkward. The interior of the restaurant isn’t anything special, the table was jammed against a fridge.

The ramen is mid, used to be a lot better. The place is also very dirty. We sat by a wood panelled wall that had too many stains to count. It also smelled like my grandmas basement, stale and in need of a reno. Not bad but definitely not great.

Excellent value. Perfectly cooked ramen! Umami perfection! Very friendly staff from Japan! Wish I lived in Vancouver, so I can visit regularly.

Small, low key ramen shop with one of the best ramens that reminds me of Japan. Been going for a number of years for my comfort food when it’s rainy, which happens in Vancouver. There can be a line outside during the summer months.

The food was made right before our eyes and was served very fast. The portions are also massive so no one in our family was able to finish it. It was truly delicious as well.

The best Ramen in Vancouver!
The garlic spicy ramen with extra chashu and seaweed on the side is out of this world.
Always love getting the shredded pork appetizer. Great price for great food!

As an Asian who has been to Japan many times and tried many kinds of ramen, I found the broth to be quite average and not rich in flavor (even though I ordered the “rich” option). The strong smell of disinfectant also really affected my appetite.
