The staff are friendly and I felt welcomed as soon as I entered. The service is quick and the food came pretty fast as well. It wasn't too busy when I arrived and was able to be seated right away. It has a diner feel to the place and the music are classics.
The food is excellent. The pancakes were a bit dark, but it was still fluffy and tasty. I got the 2.2.2.2 breakfast and it and filling. I'll definitely be full for the whole day. The coffee was good as well and they topped it off as well. Oh, and they have real maple syrup for the pancakes which was a good addition.

Knight St. Cafe has been my go-to breakfast place for the last 10 years. It is a simple family owned and operated breakfast/lunch spot that serves up unpretentious classic diner food. Their pancakes are my all-time favourite and these days I never stray far from my standing order (side order of two pancakes and their amazing fruit bowl), but over the years I’ve tried almost everything. Highlights are the breakfast burrito (sub the sausage for avocado), eggs Dundas, and the classic breakfast combo: the Knight St Special. While KSC is always ALWAYS busy, this place runs like a well-oiled machine and turnover is fast so you won’t wait long!

I went there once. I WILL go again. The fresh squeezed OJ is perfectly delicious. Hands down, the most outstanding preparation of French toast of my life. So much egg! My friend got a waffle with cream cheese (or something like that) and fruit compote. SO GOOD. I would recommend to anybody, just as long as they would prefer delicious and exciting over regular and boring.
This place is great. Food is excellent and the service was great. Don't let the exterior fool you - visit this place!

This is a hole in the wall so most ppl must miss it. Its beside one of the busiest intersections in that area. We had breakfast and my son said the pancakes were amazing! They had awesome hasbrowns which are rare to find at restaurants. Obviously pan fried & not greasy. The eggs were delicious! And I had an Americano which was the cherry on top. Cant wait to go back and try the lunch menu. FYI, the prices are great 👍🏼
