Ramen and service are good, even though they removed a few soups off the menu that were tasty.
Other reviewer mentioned the weird pricing.
Menu for 2 was listed at $46.99, but the bill was split up as $42.99 plus $6 for the two "included drink."
It was only a $2 difference in the end but seemed a bit shady.
Waited 8 minutes to get helped and be sited at the bar where was at least 6 available spots. No one came just walked by without paying attached. I do not recommend to visit this place very unfriendly
I like vegi ramen

This is where I go to get my freezer ramen. They are 17 dollars each but I split them with my roommate so about 8 dollars per person for a medium to small bowl.
In terms of reheatable meals this is one of the best offerings in Vancouver. I really like the unique ramen this place makes.

Cons: Ordered meal set for 2 "from $46.99". It says "2 ramen, 1 fries, 1 karage, 2 soft drinks". One would assume, this means, 2 bowls of ramen, 1 fries, 1 karage, 2 soft drinks for $46.99.
Read on:
When placing the order, the server said, do you want fries OR karage? (so, put in the word "or"...)
When the bill came, it was $42.98 + $8 (for 2 drinks) totaling $51.
I didn't bother correcting the server as he was the only one on the floor and the poor guy was busy enough. At one point, the cook came out to help serve the ramen.
Pros: The shoyu tonkatsu ramen broth was delicious, as was my tan tan broth. Chicken karage was ok. Nothing spectacular about it.
The restaurant is worth the try, but would definitely confirm the pricing first before ordering set meals...yes, they did say "from"...anyway.

I've not felt compelled to leave a review under five stars to a restaurant ever before, especially knowing how challenging it is for restaurants to survive in this city. But my experience here left me feeling a bit puzzled. I had high hopes for this ramen spot, given how often I pass by while commuting.
The visit started good, I was warmly greeted, and the server’s hospitality was excellent, which kept me from walking out after I took a first look at the menu and had a moment of hesitation (2 vegetarian options priced same as chicken alternatives) I chose to stay, partly because of the warm reception and partly out of not wanting to awkwardly leave after being seated and given the glass of water 😬
The ramen itself was alright, but I left feeling like the meal could have been much better for the price. I did sign up for ramen with egg knowing it was $2, but specifically requested the free chili option when asked about making it spicy. The server brought me one of the tiny bowls of chili oil, which I assumed was the free option as discussed. However, when the bill arrived, I found I'd been charged for the chili as well, bringing my total to $27 (after tax and tip) for a bowl of ramen that felt overpriced for what I received, just an egg and tofu as protein.
When I brought this up with the server at the end of my meal, I only received a “sorry, only our chilli powder is free” with no attempt to clarify or correct the miscommunication. I know that servers are underpaid and shouldn’t have to bear the brunt of customer complaints, which is why I didn’t want to fight over my bill but I felt this miscommunication could have been handled better, with transparency.
It’s not the $2 charge that makes me unlikely to return, but rather the feeling of being misled over such a minor detail. Maybe it’s this restaurant’s strategy to attract one time customers, but it undermines trust and leaves a bad impression, especially for anyone hoping to become a repeat guest.
Kudos to the initial server though, she really tried to make my experience warm and was pretty attentive, it was just the over all lack of transparency which couldn’t make the experience here better.
SO YUMMMYYYYYYY. Decor is so pretty, food is delicious, and the staff are so nice. I literally cleaned my dishes.

I find it rather redundant to say that your food is “craft”. That’s like every restaurant that is not fast food. Everyone wants to give off an artisan vibe like it’s special when it really is just the norm.

Their customer service was good, but the ramens were awful - tasted like freezer food. With that money, I expected the food would be better. The portion was okay though. I spent $5 for Lunch Special, and it came out with 3 wonton pieces in chili oil sauce (the type of cheap wonton you could get from wholesale). Hope you can maintain the business better!

Okay here's the thing. Ramen isn't actually that hard to make. So if I'm getting a chalky texture from the broth and dry pork belly (how does that even happen?), then something has gone very wrong. I would honestly say that there's so many ramen shops in Vancouver now that this is an easy one to avoid.
