We are somewhat new to East Van…it has been my mission to try all the oat lattes I can and somehow, Kozak has the BEST iced oat latte. Better than all the other bougie coffee places! I’ve tried a few of the baked goods and they are amazing when they’re fresh. Like, AMAZING! I gave 4/5 for food only because one time we bought an assortment of goods and it was evidently not fresh at that time (Sunday midday I think), but otherwise, I keep consistently coming and trying new things!!!!

Authentic. Delicious homemade food. Impeccable service.
Love that they have a corner for kids to play in/read books, thank you for thinking of families with small kids. We had a very enjoyable experience. This will be our go to in Vancouver!

Waste of money, overpriced. I asked the redhead guy at cashier to give me two specific slices of cake and he rolled his eyes at me. For $10/slice $20 total for two tiny slices you could be a little nicer. I imagine the owners pay him minimum wage of $17.85/hr, so what kind of service do you expect?

Fantastic authentic Ukrainian food. Lovely atmosphere with very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful baked desserts. Gorgeous sinks in the very clean bathroom!
