Our second time here, this time we ordered the hand sliced lamb fried noodle and llama soup noodles, never disappointed. So far the best noodle house we’ve tried in Vancouver!!!
Don’t understand why Chinese likes the Japanese ramens. By the way both dishes are $16.50

The prices are very reasonable here and the portions are fairly large. The lamb soup didn’t have as many lamb slices compared to other places we’ve tried, but this was made up by having more “pita bread” pieces that had a nicer texture (the pita bread is more like little tiny gnocchi). The Claypot was very hot so be careful! All the soups were tasty but we were surprised how quickly the hand-pulled noodles lost their bouncy texture in the broth and became mushy and soft. So slurp those noodles up quickly! We did not try their other noodles so don’t know if they would have held up better. They have a rotating daily special so that may add even more value to what you order depending if the daily special appeals to you.

Good food at reasonable prices. Not too salty or oily.

I was really excited to try the soups from this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The soups had way too many noodles and hardly any beef. The balance was completely off. It felt like I was eating a noodle dish instead of a proper soup. For the price, I expected a lot more in terms of quality and portion. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Had lamb skewers and beef tomato noodle , both were really good. Food came out hot and very quick. The portion is very big 👍

I went in with no expectations, but wow, this place blew me away! The broth and the Dandan noodles were incredibly flavorful—absolutely delicious. We also tried the beef roll, and it did not disappoint! I’m usually a bit picky with Asian food, but this spot made my taste buds so happy. The noodles tasted so authentic, and as a Korean, it even reminded me a lot of flavors from home. I think other Korean food lovers would really enjoy it too. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!

Pretty fair priced and nice portion size. Lovely hand made noodle tasted quite good. Wontons were solid and tasty. Chive pancakes were fat and juicy. Overall this is a nice Chinese noodle house. I didn’t see no kung fu master or panda but that is secondary to nice food and full stomach. Interior is outdated but that says about history of the restaurant I presume. We will definitely come back to try the noodles.

Eat in was like eating in a sauna. Would never dine in there. The place no AC, not very well ventilated. The food was good, but the whole time I was dropping sweat in my food. Could not wait to leave. Maybe that was their plan to get people turned over as quickly as possible. It is a good little place, very busy, good food. The overall experience was not so good.

Their noodles are great and the bowl is big. It's a bit pricey but it would definitely stuff you. Try out their different combos everyday. The store is small though.

Parking: There are 3 free spots available at the parking lot. You'll have to pay for parking if you park at other slots.

If I lived closer, I’d be coming every weekend! Thoroughly impressed with this restaurant.
Food: got the braised beef soup with hand made fresh noodles - noodles were cooked perfectly they had a nice chew to them yet still soft, it was at least 2X maybe even 3X more noodles than you’d get at another restaurant with similar options, the soup was light yet flavourful, beef was so tender and also tasty. also got the beef roll and man I have not had one as yummy as this one in awhile! Lastly (not pictured) we got spicy beef rice noodle - again, healthy serving of noodles and a well made broth.
Service: she was quick, kind, and let you enjoy your meal while still checking in.
Overall a great hidden gem.
Atmosphere: kept clean!
