One of the best bubble teas in Kits. Great interior, great design, tasty teas. We tried Earlegray milk warm 70% sugar. Super good!

Why does your store randomly close without any notice? There’s no advance warning, and it’s just closed. This has happened several times, and I’ve wasted my trip! It’s really frustrating. ????

Loved the flavours! Me daughters asked for the Passion fruit and milk tea with tea jelly... Outstanding both of them!!! The passion fruit definitely won my heart!

Ordered chocolate milk tea and tasted extremely bad. Had a 38-milk-tea weeks ago which was great. So got back ordered a 38 and told them that the chocolate one was really bad. Then I asked them if there was any compensation for scenarios like this. One girl finally offered a voucher card and the other who's
preparing the new 38-milk-tea got really mad all of sudden for no obvious reasons. It was full of smacking and slamming during her making of the 38-milk-tea and ended up with a loud door slamming in my face. So after paid for two milk teas and had to throw away one due to bad services, I became the bad guy instead, all due to a simple complaint. So here is my first Google review ever, typed while holding a 38 milk tea full of anger . Will never be back again.
