An amazing hole in the wall serving chinese food/american diner food, hidden in plane sight on commercial drive. The store isn't much to look at but they have the best chinese food I've had in vancouver and their diner food is also off the charts! And it's all super reasonably priced deliciousness service is always top notch and the delicous food is aerved with a smile you can order out or eat in both are amazing. I love Kyle's and hope they're opened for another 30 years!!! My go to spot for cheap chinese food eats!

This place is one of my most favourite spots to go to when I am visiting Vancouver area, have time to spend about 1 hour on average to sit down, relax, take my time to enjoy such a great meal, when I feel like having a nice Chinese etc type of food (I love the Singaporean rice noodle with shrimp), and it's always a very generous portion. 😀 The staff are always friendly and great at doing their job. The prices are really good, considering getting a very big portion, which is sometimes hard to eat it all. The street parking is also very reasonable. $2.00 for 1 hour. 🙂
Parking: Finding a fairly close parking spot is really dependent on what time of day or evening that you go there. Sometimes lots of available spots close by, and at other times, it may be difficult. Overall, you may need to go a little bit further to find a spot on the side-street, but it's well worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are on the ground level, and do help/cater to someone in a wheelchair, to be able to go there and eat, by moving around tables if need be, and very accommodating and respectful to the person (I witnessed this firsthand a couple of times that I was there).

In the heart of east broadway, it’s a very busy cafe, great service. I ordered my favourite clay pot tofu with seafood, it comes with vegetables at the bottom, plenty of bbq pork, sea foods was very fresh and full of delicious oyster sauce. Affordable price, huge portion, I would definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu. Cash only.

The food here is mediocre at best. Burger greasy mushy bread overpriced $20. Chinese food not very good. The kind of people I seen eating here were smelly and scruffy. Picked up a nasty cold virus while I was here and so did my friend. The bathrooms were filthy. Won’t go back.

This place was a quick find near my work, and turns out they’re great for the price you pay! great portions and great authentic taste and very quick service (I went there for my lunch break and did not have much time to waste, not only was I done with food and payment - I also had some extra time until my break ended!) I did not have cash so the lady upfront let me me with interac etransfer! would definitely recommend!
