Baby D's Trini Kitchen serves the best trini food in Vancouver. The restaurant offers amazing Caribbean dishes, including doubles, gourmet doubles, roti, and curries. The Curry goat on rice and chicken roti- Dahl puri are highly recommended. The food is authentic, with perfect flavours and satisfying portion sizes. The price is also satisfying. Baby D's Trini Kitchen is a small location, but it has a patio in the summer. The restaurant is known for its delicious buss up shut and large portions, making it a great value for the price. Note that the restaurant may close for days or weeks without notice, so it's best to call ahead. When open, the restaurant is definitely worth the wait.
