I can't get enough of La Grotta. Absolutely delicious and amazing service. My only recommendation is to come earlier in the day as they might sell out of bread in the evening. I went at 4:30 and they only had some focaccia left, which was great regardless. My current go-to order is: Light balsamic & Olive Oil, Honey mustard, Chipotle Mayo, Pesto Mayo, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Artichokes, Mild Salami, Mortadella, on a toasted Portuguese Bun. So far the best sandwich I've had in Vancouver! Awesome work!

Went for a sandwich here the other day. One of the best paninis I've ever had. I ordered a large, with a good selection of toppings and three meats, they charged an extra $1 for the third meat, but well worth it. They really load it up! Sandwich was absolutely delicious and didn't fall apart despite the amount inside it. Would highly recommend!

"The best and most delicious sandwiches I've ever had were here. Everything was tasty, the atmosphere was cute, and the café latte was very delicious. I'm a big fan of Italian cafes and restaurants."
A little bit pricey BUT the focaccia sandwich was totally worth it! Basically two sandwiches in one! Had it for the first time last week and ended up having it 3 times that week! Cant recommend enough! If you come here you won’t regret it and will definitely be back again!

We tried this place after years of hearing about it, and recently seeing it on TikTok.Food was really good, we built one sandwich with prosciutto, bocconcini, and veggies — it was great. The second sandwich we got was the chicken Parm which was delicious. Perfect amount of crisp and sauce.However, the waits are quite long to order as it’s so busy. It’s a small location so it feels kind of cramped and prices are on the higher side.Overall, I would say it’s a must try at least once!

I love this place. Friendly service. Outstanding food. I had the Chicken Parm sandwich today and it was amazing. I've had the meatball sandwich before and it was also incredibly tasty. Honestly it's their amazing tomato sauce and fresh ingredients that makes it.
