Okini Restaurant & Bar (formerly Land & Sea) is a top-notch dining spot in Vancouver. The menu offers outstanding dishes like veal cheek risotto, salmon tartare, truffle yaki udon, nasu & burrata, pork tomahawk, and carpaccio. The drinks, such as the one night in Kyoto, are all well-balanced. The service is impeccable, with the manager going above and beyond to ensure a great experience for customers.
Despite a small hiccup with the spot prawn soup dumpling, the manager took it off the bill and even treated the guests to a delicious Hokkaido sea urchin hand roll and sea urchin nigiri. The attentive staff made a last-minute birthday reservation for a party of 10, saving the day and providing excellent service. The unagi risotto, wagyu bolognese, oyster with yakiniku sauce, salmon soba, and miso glazed sablefish were all favorites. Overall, Okini Restaurant & Bar is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience.
