They offer authentic Cantonese hotpot with various ingredients. My recommendation is rice soup base.

Quality is decent but you're looking at $70 per person at least. Prices for simple ingredients are crazy.

Best hotpot experience. Delicious soup base and amazing selection. Can do half orders if you want. Excellent service. Upscale I'd say. Fantastic ox tongue and fish Slices. Geoduck too. The salted plum wings were unreal.

Price is a normal but food very little. Price per person please expect at least $70 per person to have enough food. Flavor is ok. Look is reasonable. Wouldn't recommend this as primary choice.

Amazing experience.Remember, hotpot is not a meal, it's an event and endeavour. It was our first time eating hotpot and the staff were very helpful in telling us how to order, what were the common ingredients to add and how to eat.The quality was top notch (for meat, we ordered assorted meat balls and lamb slices). Highly recommend. If you want to go, make sure your group is at least 4 people. The more, the merrier ❤️❤️

The taste is good, the environment is far from worthy of the price, and the service is quite "unequal".

I've been going here since I was in the womb and it's still bomb dot com, before all the fancy hotpot places opened up and it still outshines them

Is the aunt at the checkout going through menopause or something? The attitude is extremely bad. You made a mistake when checking out the md. You didn’t add a tip. After you finished paying, you were told to add the tip. Please swipe the card again. Look at that b-face of you who is afraid of not giving you a tip. Wear a mask. Where are your eyes? Shortage of money or what? sb stuff.

One Star is exactly like the middle-aged lady who checks out the cashier. She doesn’t know how to press it when checking out. She presses the POS machine directly to the last step, skipping the step of choosing a tip. I still feel strange. After I finished the payment, she asked me fiercely. Why didn't you give a tip? She kept insisting that she didn't even touch it. You can see for yourself that the tip was not included in the order. After I explained, I said I could tip again, but she still looked at me with a sima face and told me to tip again for 15. %, instantly in a very bad mood. The other waiters have very good attitudes and the service is excellent.
