Throwback to 90s HK restaurants! Great satay soup base, fresh meat and assorted meatballs! The tapioca dessert ended the meal perfectly.

Landmark Hotpot House offers a fantastic hotpot experience with a delicious soup base and an amazing selection of ingredients, including excellent ox tongue, fish slices, and geoduck. The non-oily pork bone soup base is fantastic by itself, and the seafood, meat, and vegetables are extremely fresh, beautifully presented, and range from handmade meatballs to scallops. The scallops are especially impressive, steamed with garlic and topped with hot oil. The service is excellent, with attentive, responsive, and friendly staff who guide first-time hotpot diners. The ambiance is upscale, making the interactive cooking process memorable and enjoyable. The salted plum wings are a must-try, and many more soup bases and dishes await for the next visit. Vegetarian options are available, but parking can be challenging.
