I think it’s a great atmosphere if you get lucky enough to get a booth or a sitdown.
Bar table experience is not as good but 4/5 Servers and bartenders are nice friendly and helpful.
They asked for feedback and explained both items. Good indoor temperature and air quality.

This has been my all time favorite cocktail bar. The incredible journey each cocktail took me through so many different flavor profiles and textures that left me in awe. I came with a group of 3, which we all ordered separate drinks - each of the drinks were immaculate - so much that we had intended only tasting one drink, but we were easily convinced to stay and try the rest of their menu. Typically, I would find one drink at a cocktail bar that would stand out - however Laowai impressed me across the board.
The staff were so sincere and made our experience so incredible. The presentation of the menu was so unique - they curated the menu through story telling of a book, which definitely added a layer to the experience. I'm excited for them change their cocktail menus again and have an entirety novel experience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Go experience it, try it out for yourself, it's worth the wait.

This was our second time visiting, and once again it didn’t disappoint! We arrived on a Saturday night and managed to get our order in just before the kitchen closed. The food and drinks were amazing, but the real standout was the server, Willow. She was so warm, attentive, and made our experience truly special. This place is such a gem, and we can’t wait to come back again!

I couldent say enough about this spot , it is not only sexy/romantic in vibe and atmosphere but also intriguing and captivating in what you can learn while you drink . ask for baijiu and hopefully you are served by the coolest lady this country is graced to have , El Jay will take you down roads and lanes through chinese tales that no canadian could top ,explaining the intricately complexity of baijiu if I could give her 20 stars I would , such an absolute treat . thank you a million times

I checked out this speakeasy recently and was really impressed. The place has a clean, with just the right amount of vintage feel — perfect for a night out. The drinks were the highlight. You can tell the bartenders put thought into what they’re serving. The staff really made the experience even better. Super friendly and they checked in just enough without hovering. Overall, great energy, great drinks, and a team that knows how to run a smooth operation. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Loved everything about this spot from the dim lighting, to the amazing decor. The atmosphere feels moody in the best way, and the drinks were just as impressive. Perfect place to unwind and feel a little transported.
The vibe here is unmatched, dark, stylish, and full of energy. Drinks were creative and well-balanced, and the whole space just feels effortlessly cool.
