The staff are exceptional. Rose, Suzanne, the care aids, food servers, front desk staff, housekeepers… everyone was kind, caring, friendly and positive. In particular, Rose went above and beyond expectations in doing so much for my mother, even visiting her when she went to the hospital. Suzanne does an amazing job arranging activities and entertainment, and greets everyone during their meals with genuine caring. These two provide a wonderful example for all the staff. Residents...
I visited my grandfather last week and was really impressed with the place. It’s beautiful, well maintained and very accessible, especially with the SkyTrain station nearby. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the concierge front desk who was quick to offer assistance. Restaurant served delicious food, and service was also great!
My mother has been living at Legacy Senior Living for several years now, and I can honestly say my husband and I feel very lucky to have her there.
