Best almond croissant and London fog in Van 💕

Lumine Coffee is bright and minimal, with clean lines, natural light, and a quiet buzz that makes it perfect for slow mornings or focused afternoons.

Their coffee is dialed in, with rotating beans from local and international roasters. Pour-overs are especially well done here, and the menu offers some creative seasonal drinks. In house baked goods are thoughtfully chosen

Seating is a mix of small tables, with a few outside on sunny days. Limited outlets are available, and the atmosphere is laptop friendly. Staff are kind and quietly attentive.

It’s not a big space, but it rarely feels crowded. Ideal for solo visits or quiet catch-ups. A hidden gem for those who care about coffee and space in equal measure.

Most excellent mocha 🍫 ! They make their own chocolate sauce, which is not too sweet so as to overpower the cocoa or milk or coffee. Very creamy and expertly prepared with care. Bravo 👏

Love the espresso tonic and the puff to die for ❤️‍🔥

I’m not usually a fan of bitter or sour coffee flavors and tend to stick to tea or latte. However, at Lumine Coffee in Kitsilano, I really enjoyed their smooth, well-balanced espresso flight. Each had its own unique character, making the experience surprisingly pleasant. Especially, the latte was amazing-creamy and smooth, so I didn’t need to add any sugar to enjoy it.

I went with a friend who’s a coffee expert, and she loved her flight, confirming that Lumine serves quality coffee. For someone like me who’s not very knowledgeable about coffee, Lumine is a welcoming place where both enthusiasts and beginners can find something to enjoy!

Tiny cafe found in the heart of West 4th among with a line out the door on a Saturday morning offering a large selection of pastries and drinks.

We tried a few of their baked goods including the almond croissant, ham and cheese croissant and their yuzu lemon cruffin. All of these were DELICIOUS with an amazing crunch at each bite and a not too sweet filling for the sweet choices.

As for drinks, I found my genmaicha latte a bit light on the tea taste but my friend really enjoyed the iced latte.

A great place for a grab and go coffee but a bit tight when dining in.

I am an almond croissant addict and have tried them from countless coffee shops in Vancouver over the last two years, but Lumine’s croissants are by far the best I’ve had. Beautiful place with delicious coffee and treats.

Cute little snug place. We tried the flight, drip coffee, pour over and espresso tonic- all tasted amazing. We were most impressed by the espresso tonic. The staff were super friendly. Our active little toddler enjoyed her crinkle cookie and chocolate chip cookies.

I recently visited Lumine Cafe on W4th again today and was still impressed by my experience. I ordered a flat white coffee, and it was absolutely delightful—rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. The cookie I tried was decent, but the coffee truly stole the show. Last time I tried their mocha, flight drip, espresso, and cortado — everything was great. I’ve attached the image of the menu board for their offerings and prices.

The vibe of the cafe is fantastic, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax. I parked conveniently on the street along W4th, making it easy to pop in. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Lumine Cafe for coffee lovers looking for a cozy place to unwind. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
