The seafood is out of this world. We recently had the pink and spiny scallops steamed in white wine - delicious. Last weekend we had grilled Arctic Char caught by ANDREW AIYOUT on Tahik Lake NU - the absolute best Arctic Char we have every eaten. Thank you Skipper Otto and all of your fishers. 🥰
