Bubble tea always the best

The pearls were amazingly tasty and the perfect consistency. However, $9 for a bubble tea didn’t feel so great even if the taste was good.
Tasty but overpriced by a lot.

This place is FULL of mold. Absolutely a massive health hazard. There is moisture all over the walls, and the mold clearly shows water has breached the windows. The mold covers almost every surface. The worst part is if you look in photos from months ago of this cafe, you can see the mold is STILL THERE. So they have not made any attempt to clean this cafe.Do not eat or drink here - you could get seriously ill. It’s a shame, because their drinks are good. But not good enough to risk your health.

I like their decorations and the look of the bottle drink, but it is a little bit pricey compared to other drink shops in Vancouver. So many other options right now, if I want some milk tea, I might not come to Machi Machi.

It is very cute and aesthetic in here (… perhaps too cute because a very PDA couple kind of ruined the experience when they wouldn’t stop making out in the corner :’]) anyways, not only is the store very clean, but it is also very well-lit. I really liked the atmosphere. Although I do not understand the hype about this place, I would still recommend trying out its various drinks (they have a very diverse range of drinks)

The taro latte and jasmine green tea with plum jelly is a must have. Wasn’t big on the fizzy passion fruit one. They sadly didn’t have the mochi when we went but their other drinks were still very good! Not much seating so go on a sunny day so you can have a walk in the neighbourhood.

Their bottled drinks with panna cotta or jello are cute looking and decent tasting though a bit pricy. My favorite is grape fruits one. Their fruits tea is good with lots of fresh fruits inside.

Small place that’s alright to take a couple photos in and leave. Tea was alright too, the crème brûlée had a nice finish to it and helped sweeten up the tea but overall it was just decent.
The bubble tea and strawberry with panacotta tasted lovely. However, it was very annoying, inconvenient and non - consumer friendly to hide the prices from all the large menus. To get a menu with the prices you have to request a 3inch piece of paper with tiny prints.

I'd had several friends recommend Machi Machi so the expectations were high. Staff was very friendly, but the drinks left us wanting for sure. I got the strawberry latte with Panna cotta and found it lacked a lot of flavour. Very bland drink with flavorless custard. With si many other place to try nearby I personally don't think I would return. It would also be nice if there was more chairs or a table inside too.

Drink was a little bit small and pricey, but it was definitely one yummy treat. The lady worked there was very nice. Will go back again.
It's such a cute little shop and oddly shaped bottles will always get my attention. The black milk tea with panna cotta was amazing. I also tried the seasonal taro with panna cotta but it was a bit gritty and not as good.
