Honestly, it is a super cozy and neat place with yummy options menu. We tried the lahm b ajeen, it was very tasty. And the Ayran they served is one of the best I've had actually. We wanted to try more things off the menu but we happened not to have cash on us and had forgotten the credit card back home haha.Being Lebanese, it reminded me of home. I bet this applies to Mediterraneans in general. And in what comes to Internationals, it is a glimpse into a cuisine that is not to be missed. You get to see your food being prepared and baked in front of you. And the more you look at the menu, the more you feel inspired to try new things.I cannot recommend anything specific yet, (since we only tried one thing) but you bet we'll keep returning until we try everything on the menu!Service was a bit too serious though.A must try.Vegetarian options: There are many MANY vegetarian and vegan options, zaatar/cheese manusheh, hummos, falafel etc..Wheelchair accessibility: If I remember correctly, it was accessible to people with wheelchairs

I’ve been to Ramallah. I know a good falafel when I taste one. I’m glad to find someplace in Vancouver that does a good knafeh. Thank you!!

If I can give 10 stars on all categories I would. From the friendliness, speed, warm atmosphere, and delicious savory food, it was all incredible! I felt like I got the full levant experience in the heart of Vancouver.

This was the best ayran and lentil soup of my life. The portions were so large that they couldn’t fit at one table. very small cafe, but in summer you can sit next to the open window. The food is very tasty.Conveys the atmosphere of history and culture of this cafe. Convenient location in the city center, with parking nearby.

If customer service of any kind is something you value...skip this place.I'll tell you why.I've been here before. Once. This is the second and last time I went to pick up lunch here. I walk in ....and the young girl at the counter looks at me like I just walked into her bedroom...that type of frigid vibe....so I say hello and no response. Their TV/menu overhead was not working, so I asked for a menu. She just pointed ....."up there"...I said your TV is not working there's no menu.Once she fixed it, I said thank you...and again no response. This was to-go. I ordered the Beef Kabab Wrap and instead she gave me a ground beef wrap. She charged me for a Regular Baba Ghanoush and gave me a small. What was interesting was when I was waiting for my order, I sat at one of the three tables they have. They had no other customers and were preparing my food. Since the table next to me were swearing non-stop in their less than intelligent conversation, I decided to put on my earbuds....the future of society is looking glorious...anyhoo.Some time passed by and I look up and she's behind the counter which was literally not two feet away...."Your Order!"...If I had sat there with my earbuds reading my emails...30 min could've gone by and she wouldn't have had the sense to...either let me know....or bring the order over to my table....the whole two feet.I can say this. This is one of the worst service I've gotten in a long time...maybe even ever. This is to the girl behind the counter. This isn't high school, I can assure you not one single customer cares about your teenage problems.Welcome to the Real World. Your very first news flash......you lost your first customer...congratulations!

Very homey feeling. We had the Manoosheh special which consists of ground beef, house made spices, pickle, tomato, pomegrante molasses, tahini and some other ingredients I dont quite recall). It was about $16. It was very nice, tangy, a little spicy, really really tasty. The zaatar (dry, mix of dried wild thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, olive oil) and jebneh (akkawi cheese) was okay. About $11 for half of one, half the other. I didn't like the cheese much. Interesting, had never had anything like it, but not quite to my taste. Don't know how to describe it. Almost something between feta and jack. Soft cheese, not very strong. Not quite enough flavour for me.The zaatar was a little dry also for my taste. Meant to have olive oil, but I could not taste it. I would have liked a light drizzle on top or to dip it in something.I think we made one wrong and a couple of wrong choices our first time. But overall, great homey atmosphere, good prices. Lovely decor and very hospitable. I'm a big guy. I could get full for under $20. Maybe $25 if especially hungry.Vegetarian options: Good vegan and vegetarian options available.
