Our first time trying Manoush’eh and we couldn’t be happier. The food was delicious, so fresh, right out of the wildfire oven. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much.

Manoush'eh offers a delightful Levantine dining experience with a focus on freshly baked manousheh, a traditional flatbread served hot and flavorful. The restaurant features a variety of dishes, including the Manoush’Eh special, which combines spicy saucy ground beef, herbs, and pickled radish in warm oven-fired bread. Other popular options include the Sfiha—spiced ground beef with onion, yogurt, and pomegranate molasses—and vegan falafel baked on flatbread topped with tahini sauce, tomatoes, pickled turnip, parsley, and mint. The knafeh, a sweet cheese pastry, is praised as the best in the city, with some noting its similarity to the Palestinian na'ameh type. The counter-style ordering system makes it convenient to enjoy fresh oven-fired breads, including flat and wrap options. The welcoming, friendly staff contribute to the warm, inviting atmosphere of this family-run restaurant, which offers vegetarian and vegan options, including zatar wraps. The owner is noted for his kindness, often offering complimentary drinks to guests. The restaurant is Halal, making it accessible to a wide range of visitors. While seating is limited, the overall aesthetic has a cozy, homely feel, and many enjoy taking their meals to nearby parks for a picnic. Guests frequently praise the food, friendly service, and the spicy kick in some dishes, making it a place they would love to return to.
