Syake bento was missing eggs and found a hair in my food.

Very disappointed after paying 29$ for the delivery.

Well I’d previously give this place 5 stars, but they’ve changed their packaging so it fits way less food, and there’s less chicken; 2 of my pieces are pretty little. No way is this tiny portion worth $15+, for three little pieces of chicken and white rice?

I’m really, really begging you! Please hire more staff. I placed an order by phone at 12:00, and I was told to pick it up in 15 minutes. But I actually picked it up at 12:35. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and the staff kept taking orders, then going back to cook, then returning to take one more order before going back to cook again. My order was just sitting there, and I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes. I understand this is a small business, but if this is the level of service you can provide, please consider changing how you operate.

Nori bento was really good! Good value for what you get. Shame it's in this area and since it's takeout only, there's nowhere to sit and enjoy.

This is my favourite spot in the city for japanese curry, it warms my heart and feels very authentic.
It’s a take out only place, very quaint, little run down looking but that’s where all the best food is:)
