Mapo is probably the most authentic Korean experience in the city. The beef bulgogi in broth was DIVINE and the pancakes were excellent. Eating delicious and soul-warming food while sipping Vanmak and people-watching at our window-facing seats was a highlight of our trip to Vancouver. I'd highly recommend anyone stopping by for good eats and service!

This is the place I went because I was craving Korean food!
It's more delicious than I thought. I had assorted pancakes and seafood tteokbokki and they were delicious!
At 6pm on a Friday night, about 4 people went in right away without waiting.
The seats filled up quickly. There are many types of makgeolli, soju, and other alcoholic beverages.
The spicyness of seafood tteokbokki is similar to that of Shin Ramyun. The sauce is delicious
