We stopped by JJ Bean on Friday evening after a walk around the neighborhood and ended up staying way longer than planned. The flat white was excellent and someone in our group raved about the almond croissant, still warm and flaky. It gets a nice buzz without being chaotic, plenty of seating so the four of us could actually spread out and talk. The barista working the counter around 6pm was friendly and quick even with a line building, which we appreciated after a long week.
