We came in with a big family group, including my pregnant wife and my mom, and Marcello’s food was great. But honestly, the table they originally set up for us was way too small and cramped. What saved our night was Nura. She has this incredibly charming, warm vibe and noticed right away that we weren’t comfortable. She went completely out of her way and generously brought over extra tables from other sections just to make sure my pregnant wife and the rest...
Despite reading some negative comments online, we decided to give Marcello a try last Tuesday, and we are so glad we did! Even though it was during peak hours and extremely busy, Nora, who I believe is the manager, went out of her way to politely find a table for us. She was incredibly humble and cheerful, hosting my entire family with such amazing, positive energy. Nora made sure we were perfectly taken care of and completely changed our perspective. We will definitely be back!
