Mike is great and the food & drinks are out of this world. I live out of town but go there EVERY time I am in town. Highly recommend you check the cafe out!!!!!

Mike makes amazing coffee and baked goods at very reasonable prices. If you’re ever on Robson Street, this place is a must-try. Just note that it’s cash only, or you’ll need to e-transfer.
This shop has been around for 21 years and clearly has a strong community of regulars. While I was there, two gentlemen stopped by, ordered their coffee, and started chatting with Mike—it truly felt like home.

☕ Market Veranda Café – A Hidden Gem in the West End!
I love how Mike makes his own fresh pastries — you can truly taste the care and quality. Honestly, it’s probably the best coffee in town! The ambience is amazing, the people are friendly, and there are plenty of regulars. It’s one of those rare places that just feels good to be in.
If you live around the West End, Robson corridor, or Denman Street, this spot is a must-visit. My friend even comes all the way from Burnaby just to enjoy a cup here! That says it all. ☕✨

A little unsuspecting gem inside the public market. The owner is so sweet and you can tell each item is handmade with love. Bring cash or prepare to pay with e-transfer!
