My fave cold weather comfort meal has got to be Budae Jjigae -- literally "army base stew". This staple originates from the Korean army bases but is now a popular dish enjoyed by all. It consists of copious amounts of meat (beef, sausage, luncheon, etc), instant noodles, cheese, kimchi, & more! Loved the location of the place, it matches with the solitude vibe as you go inside restaurant as it was was so cozy and welcoming.Ordered the kimchi jjigae and it was a win , really flavourful but I wished it had more soup to it , otherwise I enjoyed every bit of it. Their soy garlic chicken was tasty as well, really juicy.Environment wise , the place is organized , well set up and clean plus their washroom.Overall experience was great ! ?

This place is for sure underrated. The food is amazing and the meals are big and tasty. Atmosphere is very cozy, staff friendly and pricesbare not crazy. You have few more expensive meals, but the rest is in $18-$25 range. Absolutely recommend if you are on Robson and looking for a good food.
