We are regular customers at Maxine's. Last night when we arrived, the hostess offered us a table on the patio where she proceeded to sit us next to a dog that was taking up all the space between the table next to us, as well, it wasn't the nicest smelling dog. We waited some time before the hostess came over to take our drink order which was fine because our server was busy. Everything was ok, until we waited about 40 minutes for our entrees. My girlfriends and I have been coming here every couple of months to reunite and catch up over friend chicken and a bottle of wine. Lovely ambiance and really nice staff. Would recommend this place for any occasion!
Best service we've had here!! Food is always great-really love the Eggplant Parm. As vegetarians, it's difficult to find great Italian meals that aren't just pasta and sauce. The new house sparkling is not good. Would love to see you go back to your original when supply is back up again.
