It took over 10 minutes for me to get a McDouble combo, and I spent at least 5 of those looking at all the components of my order completed but just sitting there.They seem to be gaming service times by clearing orders before they are fulfilled, creating chaos because they then have no idea what went in those orders, and seemingly not dropping enough fries.

Its usually hard to find parking near this location, as it's on Broadway near Cambie - where construction is currently going on (Dec 2023) - but if you are on foot, very easy to access and get service.Very small location, so there is limited seating. If you want to sit down, be sure to arrive during a non busy time or you will be left standing.

I stopped using this place, because I 6 times did not correctly put together the order for delivery, or forgot to put a donut or forgot the burger, the last straw was that my order for $ 40 did not bring at all, brought someone else's order for $ 12, although the check with my order and my cost !!!! Nobody gave me my money back !!! Very terrible service !!!!
I ordered two apple pies but after I got them I threw them away. I saw the lady at the back was making small packages for pies and put them in the packages without any tongs or gloves! How much you are sure that your hands are clean enough to touch the foods??

If you're gonna order take away and will not agree to buy a bag you will take everything in hand, so be sure you need more than two hands to take everything.And there was a spilled drink on the floor.
