Sometimes we come to this McDonald’s location if we are in the Kits area. This location is relatively small, perhaps because there is no drive through.

It is pretty neat that they have some old photos of the neighborhood.

The main problem is there is no free parking nearby. We always pay for parking on the street right at the front, and have our meal quickly.

No one likes it when you guys ask for the receipt after a kiosk order. You’re the only location that does this and it sucks. I don’t wanna talk to anyone just let me sit and call when my food is ready.

I came in at 11:20 pm to order and have a meal. I received my order at 11:30 pm. When I sat down, the manager with the tattoo around his arm complained loudly and passive-aggressively to another staff member that they’re closing and I should not have sat down to eat, as he gave me a good dose of side eye. I responded to him, letting him know that I heard him and that it won’t take 30 minutes to eat. He then whined, saying “I already cleaned that table, now I have to clean it again”, while giving me another crappy look. Um, excuse me? This is a small location with 6 tables. Whining and attempting to guilt-trip an unsuspecting customer who has every right to sit and eat while the business is open - well before closing time - is unprofessional and rude. It’s even more ridiculous that this was the manager. I brought up the issue with him about how he reacted on my way out and I got a solid 5 minutes worth of excuses and barely an apology. All the effort he put into defending his actions was a lot more than it would have taken to simply give the table a last quick spritz and a wipe. I was out of there 15 minutes before closing. So unnecessary. I never thought I would ever be compelled to leave a review for McDonalds.

Average McDonalds. No specialty coffees. Small seating area. Free parking out back. frequent mess ups in the kitchen. 3 visits in a row comped management.

Standard McD food. This location is very small - 10 tables, may be fewer. Waiting for my order while making room for others to order, I found myself standing so close to a family as if I was looking over then.
There is plenty of parking within a block though. So this location is great for grab-n-go fast food.

Parking: Plenty of paid street parking. Busy street but I always find a spot within a block. There is a plaza next door with a parking lot. Could be convenient if you happen to be grocery shopping.

Seems like a wave of foreign workers have hit the country, and this place is no different, no real customer service, listening skills,or otherwise, they're just on the hustle

15 min wait time for 3 coffees and one wrap, all was almost ready but the worker that was handling it went for lunch ( at the same McDonald’s) passed the order to someone else to put the lids on and give me the order.
This is a third time we get slow service here, the food is good and cheap as expected BUT I have seen faster and more considerate service at other locations, word to the manager: please check with the employees to see if there is any way to speed it up more.
I do thank you for providing us with the food and drinks in our lunch break though! Just quicker if possible 🙏

Customer facing woman in morning shift is annoyingly lazy for not printing out receipts for orders.
Each time she demands a receipt so she can organize orders.
It’s not the customers job to print out a receipts to have orders organized.
Food is typically missing or the use of a different bread because they’re clearly out or rushed.

Never thought I’d do a McDonald’s review.

Guy at the counter was polite but the cooking crew in the back could be heard swearing and laughing throughout the entire duration I was there.
Quarter pounder patty was cold and dry. Very bad. This franchise location needs to be reevaluated
