Raisu Reviews
Good food and amazing service!
Nice and Fresh Sashimi ever!!!
Good Japanese fusion restaurant with fantastic service.
The taste is a bit of a mixed. Love 2 main dishes we ordered.
The fishes were fresh on rice bowls, but the appetizer and pressed sushi was just so so.
The pressed sushi is more gimmicky and the topping didn't compliment the fish that well.
Overall, a really good experience and definitely good place for a special occasion. They have special surprise for you as well.

Raisu is a modern Japanese restaurant that offers high-quality dishes in a stylish and contemporary setting. The menu features a range of options, including the popular deluxe seafood bowl, a chirashi-style bowl with fresh fish, and the Hokkaido scallops with kelp and shiso sauce. The restaurant also serves well-crafted cocktails made with fresh juices.
The ambiance is lovely, with a modern design layout, and the staff provides excellent service. Raisu is suitable for both casual meals and celebrations, and special touches like a complimentary dessert, Polaroid pictures on special occasions, and a kids combo set make it a standout. The cooked items are the restaurant's strong suit, with dishes like the spicy lobster uni cream udon, wagyu beef shabu shabu, mixed cutlet teishoku, and the crab and ikura hitsumabushi being highly recommended. The takowasabi clears your sinuses in the best way, and the chicken karaage is crispy and tasty with a generous portion. The jumbo ebimayo is large but may have a bit too much batter for some.
Customers praise the restaurant’s focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and the authentic atmosphere that feels like being in Japan, especially FUKUOKA. The decor and service are often described as attentive and friendly, and the place is great for celebrations and family outings. The restaurant is busy, so reservations at least two weeks in advance are advised, especially during prime dinner times. Parking can be challenging, but the overall experience makes it well worth the effort. Raisu remains a favorite for birthdays and anniversaries, consistently delivering good quality and service.
