Iâve visited this place a few times now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite donut spots. The donuts are always fresh, not too sweet, and they offer a nice variety that keeps me coming back. They go perfectly with an iced americano and their other drink options. What really stands out is the staff â always friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great donuts and great people!

I know I should have double-checked the order at pickup, but I hope the staff can pay more attention to ensuring customers receive the correct items. The mix-up was disappointing, especially for a special occasion.

I tried them back in 2020 and haven't been back since, even though I've dreamed of the strawberries and cream. I finally treated myself today and was worried it wouldn't be worth my own hype....but it was haha. Still so delicious, fresh and light. My partner got the Nutella option and also quite loved this.
Service is quick and easy, nice recyclable cardboard boxes for the donuts, and served with friendliness.
I also had to take an extra home for tomorrow hehe love it, don't change a thing!

I love the Mello donuts. They are creamy and the right amount of sweet. I love the strawberry cream, lemon curd, Vanilla and salted caramel. Others are also nice. I had a cup of cappuccino which was perfectly blended and went well with the donuts.
I loved the Arbutus branch, but since it is closed and the downtown branch doesn't have seating, it's a bummer. Also the downtown branch seemed less lively. But hopefully they will open another branch soon. :)
