Really yummy taro mochi donut! It wasn’t too sweet and the filling was light and not too rich(doesn’t make you feel sick after eating it)! Service was crap. It was my first time and I was excited to visit. There were at least 5 girls behind the counter and they just watched me. The one taking my order at the counter seemed annoyed and made me fell so rushed… when there was no one else behind me 🤷♀️

I tried the lemon curd donut, and it was awesome. Also tried the Nutella and the coconut one, and they were both good. The dough is soft and tasty. Yum! I wish they would open a store in South Burnaby!

Spending two weeks in western Canada checking out all the great food that I've seen on TikTok. I had high hopes for Mello and I wasn't disappointed. It actually exceeded my expectations. I chose the everything bagel donut and the cereal milk donut. The bagel one is crazy good and something I've never even heard of before. I'm going back for another one. Christina Tosi's cereal milk invention (invented in her store that was a block away from my NYC apartment back in the day) is manifested in this extremely good donut. Surprisingly better than I imagined it could be.
Best Donuts in town!!!!! Super moist and cakeyy. Tiramisu, Matcha and Nutella have been my fav, PB too! Although donuts are a hit, the location a bit sketchy, not the best place to chill. *No cash accepted* the earlier you come the better, they make limited amount of donuts so when your fav flav is over, its over.

The donut texture is light, airy, and fluffy, which is perfect for me 😋 not overly sweet, but still satisfied my sweet tooth. the cereal milk and mango mochi are the best flavours!

Not worth even one star. Overpriced, flavorless food with oily cream and dry dough. Nothing was enjoyable. On top of that, people were loitering outside the entrance looking intoxicated, and there’s no restroom for customers. Absolutely no reason to ever come back.
