Worst cheesecake experience. It was served completely frozen and inedible. The server, Shawn, was extremely rude and refused to issue a refund for a cake that couldn’t be eaten. This also amounts to false advertising, as there was no mention anywhere that the cheesecake would be frozen. When questioned, the server claimed that “customers should already know the cake will be frozen,” which is absurd. Very disappointing experience.

Be prepared to pay 15$ for just fro yo no toppings.. had it not been self serve I would have not bought it knowing the high price. Like it wasn’t full- super expensive not transparent when buying it. One flavour was super watery/runny. May have added to weight

Whoever was working at Menchie’s last Saturday you’re a legend. We don’t know his name, but he was seriously the nicest guy ever. My friend accidentally broke the ice cream machine (still not sure how), and he wasn’t mad at all.

He stayed calm, helped her out, and made the whole thing feel way less embarrassing. Total class act. You don’t see that kind of patience and kindness every day. Give that guy a raise — he deserves it.

For the past four months, I’ve been visiting daily, often purchasing for both myself and my boyfriend. Until now, I’ve genuinely enjoyed my visits and considered menchies a regular part of my routine.

However, during my visit on June 7th around 5:00 PM, I overheard another customer asking about your loyalty program. I was surprised and confused, as I have never once been informed that such a program exists. Neither Peter(the only employee working at the time) nor the other male worker who regularly serve me have ever mentioned it, despite my frequent visits.

When I asked Peter directly why I had never been told, his response was that “some customers don’t want to join.” I explained that I’m clearly a frequent visitor and that it would have been courteous, if not expected, to at least be offered the option. He responded, “I don’t care,” then put his mask back on and walked away. Another customer overheard this exchange and agreed that the response was both rude and unprofessional.

I was left feeling not only disappointed by the lack of transparency around your loyalty program, but also by the dismissive and disrespectful attitude from someone I’ve interacted with so many times. It genuinely made me question whether my business is valued—especially when there are so many other frozen dessert options nearby.

I’ve sent a private message to the email that was provided by Peter the employee, but have yet to receive a response. So I’m bringing it here for the public to be aware of
