the intertior is so cute!! the shio ramen i got was also a FLAVOUR BOMBB, chewy noodles and broth gave a punch of flavour. portion sizes are pretty good as well, not too much or too little. on a weekday night we got a spot right away before a waitlist started to form ? servers were super nice and checked up on us often!Dietary restrictions: vegan options

“I recently visited your ramen place and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. The noodles were excessively soft, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. Additionally, I found the customer service lacking; when we requested to add more soup to our noodles to adjust the thickness, we were simply met with a dismissive ‘no, no’ without any further explanation or attempt to accommodate our request. We would have been more than willing to pay extra for the additional soup broth, but it seemed like there was no flexibility in this regard. I hope you take this feedback constructively and consider improving both the quality of your noodles and the customer service experience for future patrons.”

One of the best ramen I have ever had. Both broth options chicken (Tori Paitan) and pork (Tonkotsu) were rich with flavor. The ramen noodles are well crafted.

I went there because my favorite artist, ONE OK ROCK Taka, went there in Oct 2022. I ordered the same ramen with him. Toripaitan, chashu with salt soup. The noodles were very skinny like Hakata ramen. I had 3 kinds of chashu and my favorite was pork shoulder. I think the taste is Japanese authentic.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Vancouver. The service is amazing, and the food is so tasty!! Extra points: usually is not too busy, so you don’t need to wait in a line for long time.

THE go-to ramen shop for Gyo-kai tsukemen in Vancouver. Seriously it’s on the same level as the original Menya Musashi in Shinjuku. Tan-tan and tori-paitan are also wonderful.

Wonderful venue. Group seating up front and private tables along the wall. Staff was amazing and very kind. Loved the food. The Ramen was a little thicker than normal but still very good.

Lobster ramen - the soup barely had any lobster flavor. Compared to any lobster bisque this was super watered down. The pricing is very weird. Add half a lobster tail is +$3 and a full tail is +$7. However, in their dine out menu, choosing chashu lobster ramen is +$3 and adding half tail is an extra+$6 and full tail is $12 (may have remembered it wrong - forgot to take a pic). The lobster was not fresh and sweet at all. It was not worth it. We also opted for the risotto where they take your leftover soup, add rice and torch the cheese on top. I think you need to leave only a little bit of soup or else it doesn't turn out right. The chef does not care how much soup you leave and will still throw the rice in the cook. It became a soupy rice congee and the cheese could not even torch well because there was so much soup. Highly do not recommend this gimmick ramen.Classic tsukemen - really well flavored dipping broth. The noodles were thick and chewy. The menma was marinated so well! The only downside is that the broth gets cold fast from dipping the room temperature noodles. I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to soup ramen.

Menya Itto's Yuzu Chaashu with clear soup, green onions, scallions, menma, yuzu, chicken, and ultra-thin in-house-made noodles offers a delightful experience. The tasty soup base complements the well-prepared noodles. While the leaner meat may differ from personal preferences, the menma (bamboo shoots) was excellent and modern interior contribute to an overall enjoyable dining ambiance.
