I went there because my favorite artist, ONE OK ROCK Taka, went there in Oct 2022. I ordered the same ramen with him. Toripaitan, chashu with salt soup. The noodles were very skinny like Hakata ramen. I had 3 kinds of chashu and my favorite was pork shoulder. I think the taste is Japanese authentic.
This is one of my favourite restaurants in Vancouver. The service is amazing, and the food is so tasty!! Extra points: usually is not too busy, so you don’t need to wait in a line for long time.

the intertior is so cute!! the shio ramen i got was also a FLAVOUR BOMBB, chewy noodles and broth gave a punch of flavour. portion sizes are pretty good as well, not too much or too little. on a weekday night we got a spot right away before a waitlist started to form ? servers were super nice and checked up on us often!Dietary restrictions: vegan options
