Cute place with fireplace and good study space. Pizza is not bad, dessert is a little expensive.

I’ve given this place several chances, visiting four times, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. One time the pizza was raw, the next it was burned, another time the cookie was the only thing done well, and on my last visit the pastry was undercooked again. Every time I ate there, my stomach hurt afterward.
Customer service is also far below any acceptable standard — no “please,” “thank you,” or “sorry,” and the overall attitude feels numb and unfriendly. It genuinely reminded me of the indifferent service during the communist-era Eastern Europe of the 80s that I experienced growing up.
I wanted to like this place, and I tried to give it a fair chance, but the combination of undercooked food and consistently unpleasant customer service is truly shocking. I cannot recommend it.
In the photos, there is a cookie I had exchanged — the first one had visibly raw pastry.

Pizza tastes so good and it is always fresh. However, it is quite expensive, hence the 4 stars.
Service is a little mediocre and run of the mill, nothing that stands out in that regard.
Atmosphere is quiet and calming at night. It's a great place to hold meetings or study since there are study rooms connected to the restaurant!

this used to be my favourite place. it was reasonably priced and the pizza was honestly very good. now they’ve made it more expensive which is fine honestly, but it’s also 20% smaller, fewer toppings, not fully risen dough and undercooked, and it’s just really sad to see what people do for profit. I’m never coming back :(

Best place for cheese pizza.
Come here semi-regularly for their pizza bianca and it's the best cheese pizza I've ever had - strong cheese flavor and the bread is quite good. Also come here for the grissini when I need a light snack on campus.
Word of caution, though - it's best not to go here if you see a younger-looking guy (possibly a student) making the pizzas, since I went once and had to wait for over half an hour to get an oblong pizza that was barely cut and had really uneven toppings

Worst and rudest customer service ever. Trying to tell the staff my dietary needs but before I even said anything, the staff was yelling at me for interrupting their work and didn’t let me talk at all. Had to stop her before she did something wrong with my order. For the pizza itself, def not worth $18 for the size and quality of it.

Restaurantji Recommends
ordered an entire margherita pizza and ate it all by myself in one sitting, hunched over the box like a starving, rabid wolf after many long days of going hungry during a cold, unforgiving winter. others looked on in horror as they passed, frightened by my raw power. i have never felt so alive.
pizza tasted very fresh and warm, good pricing and quick service. I only wish they had put more basil on it. highly recommend.

Ordered the vegan feature pizza - the only vegan option they had. Would not recommend. They drowned that poor thin crust in so much BBQ sauce it completely disintegrated within minutes and I ended up eating the toppings off the tray. Felt like I chugged an entire bottle of sauce, could not finish the pizza. I appreciate the usage of jackfruit but it was unseasoned, straight out of a can. Will not be returning. (The space was really nice though, lots of seating and study rooms as well.)

Every year, I have watched the prices increase while size decreases. This place used to be a campus favourite but the price and size is really disappointing and unreasonable.

I had a margherita here and I have to say that the ingredients were good but I suggest a few points for improvement for the pizzaiolo: it's way better not to cook basilico and bocconcini , the dough was not properly cooked (see pic), the dough and the tomato sauce missed salt, the shape was off. The dough had not risen enough. Good potential, bad execution.

Salsiccia pizza was great but the tiramisu was sour and tasted very off, was not able to consume unfortunately. Would recommend monitoring shelf life of desserts on display more closely.
