My experience here was simply atrocious. I was here for a birthday dinner at 8:15pm on a Thursday night with a group of 5. There were only 4 other guests in the restaurant. Fast forward to 9:45pm and we only received one appetiser and nothing else. The poor server was the only highlight of our entire time there, he was kind, gave us our drinks on time, and was cheerful despite our horrible experience. The chefs and management clearly had something going on because they were rude to all of us, ignored us, and literally turned their backs to us when we approached them about our meal (after 1.5 hours of waiting). Simply horrible. Furthermore, our appetiser (the calamari) that we received after an HOUR was undercooked. Please visit them at your own risk, the servers are sweet but everything else was horrific. Thanks to the server, we were able to leave with a free appetizer and two drinks after spending almost 2 hours sitting around.

We were looking for a restaurant with live music for Valentine. Their ad was saying that they have it. I booked for 8. When we went in the table was not ready. It took about 20 minutes to be seated! The table cloth was dirty. The website dis not mention that there is set menu? The servers were friendly but drastically were not able to communicate efficiently in English! We ordered the food. It took almost 20 minutes to bring any plate, appetizer and main, between each of us. It almost took 3.5 hours to have our foods?!
We were in this restaurant couple of time before. But, this time was horrible.

We were the only ones at the (very large) restaurant on Saturday night. Half of the main courses were unavailable and there was no soup of the day, it was just the lentil soup that was already on the menu. The lentil soup was good but we also ordered halibut and lasagne and the halibut was dry and overcooked, rice was completely plain and veggies were cold. Lasagne had some weird tastes and the cheese wasn’t fully melted on top, and for some reason they put mint leaves on top, which tasted very bad. Maybe they thought it was basil but it was definitely mint and was not nice. All this while playing stereotypical Italian songs on shuffle with ads, including the Pedro spinning raccoon edm remix that they then turned off suddenly because of how jarring it was. Also only one main was under $40 and I would not pay that much for anything of this quality, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was all just heated from frozen

Not authentic & I’ll never forget seeing the sous chef shake a generic box of croutons onto the “Caesar” salad. ( I’m serious !. ) Once & never again.

If you like food that looks nothing like the pictures on google and are bland this is the place for you. The last main arrived 40 minutes after our first one arrived, we were a group of ~20. If you like waiting, this might also be a good choice of restaurant.

I was passing by and the sign outside said open. I parked my car and looked at the online menu which seemed nice. But when we entered they were ‘reopening’ and couldn’t offer us anything to eat despite the kitchen was open, and the server was there. I’m sad that I stopped and paid for 2 hours parking to dine at this restaurant, and looked at the online menu on their web site, but when we went inside but they would not actually serve us. My impression is that I would not go back.

The bread is great - both the complimentary bread and the sandwich. The roasted chicken sandwich bread is crunchy outside and soft inside. The pappardelle taste very good.
We sent there for lunch on a weekday and there was only one waitress. She was friendly but was a bit slow, which is understandable.

Good food at its price point. We sat on some big chairs that were super comfortable. They were kind enough to split a plate of pasta in two for us to share.
