This is by far my favourite of all the Milano / Turks locations! Customer service is amazing and the coffee tastes the best here. The location is also very cozy.

Small coffee shop with a bright front sitting area. Spaces are very limited so keep that in mind but it’s a great place to chill in the morning. There are no outlets so I wouldn’t recommend working or studying here unless you have a laptop with a long battery life.

I come here once a week and the whole experience has always been great. The espresso is probably the best in the city. Good beans, brewed well and presented with a smile. The rapport between the staff and the locals is really comforting and the snacks are good too. Great outside seats too.

I’ve tried this place 3 times and that’s 3 strikes. Wanted to give it a chance because of the location near Lost Lagoon but.. wow… unfriendly spaced out barista again today. Asked for a drink to be extra hot and in house ( for here). Served Luke warm milk and espresso which was poured from a take out cup and the given attitude by the dark haired spaced out young girl because SHE wasn’t listening and said “I didn’t know it was for here”. I listened to her bark at 2 more customers before finally putting my headphones in to tune her out, and quickly finishing my luke warm drink. I tried to like this place, but please school your baristas on friendly attentive service without the attitude!

The owner was super loud an crass. It’s a small place and he was talking at his staff like they were deaf. Maybe he is not aware how loud he and how abrasive it comes across is but it was impossible to read or carry on a conversation in the same room as him. Unusual for someone in customer service to not be more self aware.
