The Chicken nuggets and fries lunch combo was absolutely delicious and great value! Why go to McDonald's when you can support local way better and for less! Staff and service were really friendly and helpful too. You can tell this place takes pride in what they're doing. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed. :)

Don't order the chicken combo as it will take you more than 30 mins to get your order. I come order the drink but see the combo so give it a try but the wait is freeking long, all the parties before already finish their drink and left before i have my food. I recommend not order the food if you dont want to wait. Just drink is ok

They are aware their bubble tea cup / lid are not the best and have a knife for guests to use to pop open their drinks. Their fresh fruit options uses a lot of puree = does taste the best in comparison to others. Worth a try, but still looking elsewhere
Their durian ice cream drink is awesome, if you love durian! Includes pearls or coconut jelly also.

This Bubble Tea shop to me feels a bit like a love hate relationship, when things are going good its amazing, and when its bad, its really bad.
Pros - Green tea Oreo icecream BBT with pearls is the best I've ever had - Fried chicken nuggets were stellar
Cons - Extremely inconsistent, out of the half dozen times I've ordered, the drink was great for two of them. - The fried food depending on when you order, could be sitting out all day, or fresh. It's a gamble. - Prices have gone up a lot I paid $8 for a large with pearls, thats quite ridiculous
It pains me to write a review like this, as I know its family run, and people in here work hard.
But if you are in the BBT game for this long, charge this much and are this inconsistent, then it's time to put a system in place so that every drink can taste as good as the last.
Drinks seem to taste different depending on who makes them.
Unfortunately, the one I had was definitely my last. People who vote with their money deserve better, and for Milk & Sugar there are no excuses as to why a drink cannot be made to standard.

One thing I love in Vancouver is the variations of bubble tea. Now I dont like the dark Boba but more the coconut with passionfruit or other citrus flavours. Been to this location many times and boy isn't busy. They do have some food options also.
