The restaurant is spacious with a great atmosphere and beautiful decor. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It's a nice spot right across from Kitsilano Beach. I tried the vegetarian bánh mì. It wasn't very authentic, but the taste was decent. The Vietnamese sub was a bit pricier than what you'd usually find elsewhere, which is understandable given the location. Overall, it's a great place to hang out with friends and family, and I'll definitely come back.

Very disappointing Vietnamese food. Nothing authentic about it. The pho was just a western chicken noodle soup. No flavour no lime. I asked for lime to try to help it, and they didn’t have any. It instead caused an argument in the kitchen.

WOW!!! Absolutely delicious! My friend and I had the homemade wonton pho and the crab-meat soup pho here—the crab meat was plentiful and the value for money was outstanding. We were truly impressed and highly recommend this place.

We liked the decor and atmosphere here.. spacious, bright and clean. The salad roll was good, the wings were not so good as they were just warm like they sat a while after being cooked, the pho was ok and the bun bo hue didn't have pig knuckles or pork blood. But it had pretty good spice. The service was ok.

Have came here a few times over the last year. Beef pho was always good until today. Ordered what I normally get, the signature beef pho. Service was slow and they held back on the classic accompaniments like tea and bean sprouts. The pho had no flavour - basically just salty water. Not sure if this was a one time occurrence or if they changed things to cut back on costs. Felt like the later to me.
