KITS Cafe & Eyewear Reviews
Still haven’t received my contacts!!! Tracking shows sitting in Jacksonville Florida for six days…now shows in Puerto Rico…I live an hour away from Jax Fl, in Georgia.
I do not recommend kits. I purchased a pair of prescription Oakley holbrooks. They sent them to me without the lenses fitting there way quite a gap between the frame and the top of the lenses. They sent me a new set of lenses and they fit even worse. The answer I got was sorry the glasses weren’t what you expected.. the glasses weren’t even wearable so yes definitely not what I was expecting
I got two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses for less than $300, which also was less than the price a local ophthalmologist quoted me for one pair. I received them in less than two weeks and not only got a free exchange, I didn't have to return the pair I didn't like. Five stars.

KITS Cafe & Eyewear is a charming spot that offers a variety of delicious snacks, including vegan and gluten-free options, along with a selection of excellent beverages. The cafe is a good place to relax, especially after a cold dip. It combines a unique concept of selling glasses and serving coffee, which draws in customers who appreciate the Canadian-based approach and quick service. The eyewear process is quick and easy, but some customers have noted that the cafe can feel a bit chaotic at times. The staff is friendly and polite, and there is a great value deal that includes a free cup of coffee with glasses purchase. Customer service is generally efficient, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, some reviews mention that the matcha lattes could be better, as they found them to be weak. Additionally, while the frames are cute, some feel that the quality is lower compared to specialty optometrists, and service can sometimes be less attentive, even when staff is visible. Despite these issues, many appreciate that the staff are paid a living wage and find the service, location, and coffees to be excellent. Overall, KITS Cafe & Eyewear remains a popular spot for those looking for a quick, friendly experience with a unique blend of glasses and coffee.
