Please do not buy temperature sensitive items from this location!! I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and upon noticing that their air conditioner had not been working for over a month many of the items which I buy myself (iron, Omegas, probiotics) which need to be stored at proper temperatures have been exposed over a period of time to lot warmer conditions. This can be very dangerous to people where higher toxicity levels can cause hospitalization. I have brought it up with the store manager but it fell to deaf ears. I would rather not post this but my concern is for the general public!

I have come here twice and have been denied a juice at 5:15 and 5:30 as they employees told me they close the juice bar early that day. The store closes at 6pm. Juice takes far too long to make and the employees are swearing and playing explicit rap (love it but not professional for a business). Employees encouraged me to write a review as they are “quitting anyways”. Don’t know how they are staying in business with such poor management.

I’m having my post workout shake ( chocolate whey, banana, dates, almond milk and way) every single day, always taste good BUT my favourite girl ( don’t know her name, but she made my shake today) making the best ones. Super addictive.....

I love the smoothies at Modern Wellness Bar - Kalenergy is my favourite. Their frozen products are fantastic to have on hand- can’t get enough of the vegetarian ‘crab cakes’

Had a matcha almond latte and was super confused the whole time. It was so watery that I knew that it wasn’t just water but it was too flavourless for me to be able to describe how it tasted. Also, after drinking most of the drink, I discovered green sediments even though I drank my drink fairly quickly. No, the green sediments didn’t taste like anything either. I definitely don’t know where my matcha was but I guess it is a great drink for those who wanted water but not really completely water. Don’t get me wrong, the service was great. The drink was just very unexpected.

Grossest smoothies I have ever had. I don’t know what kind of protein powder they put in them but we got the Rise and Shine and a Chocolate one and they both had the consistency and flavour of wet chalk. Super disappointed and what a colossal waste of money. I couldn’t even drink mine.

First time being here. And i think they have a points program. Plus they give freebees on your birthday. I walked by this place by accident. I got myself the Kale energy smoothie. Doctors told me i cant eat anything for couple hours. But i am starving. Got myself a delicious smoothie. Not upsetting my stomach. So its good. Also got myself a bunch of teas. First time trying them too. Pretty interesting names they got. I cant wait to try the coconut creamer. If i like them. I will definitely be coming back. But for sure be coming back for more smoothies.

I love this place. I was recommended to come here by a friend who works at the hotel next door. I now order all of my vitamins and supplements from Victoria's Health online and they are conveniently shipped to my door whenever I need them. Fast shipping so I only order a few days before I need a restock. I love that you accumulate points towards smoothies at their smoothie bar. Definitely recommend.
