We tried this food truck at the PNE and WOW.. the birria beef grilled cheese was incredible! Hands down the best meal I had at the fair. You’ll definitely catch me chasing this truck all over Vancouver. Can’t wait to have it again!
I am now enjoying a Ham and grilled cheese sandwich. They were in my complex's parking lot as a promotion with Telus, who were in the lobby.
I was their last customer of the day as they had been slammed from 3PM to just after 6PM.
The sandwich was the best thing I have eaten this week. I also humbly asked for a drink and they gave me a tin of Mango Bubbly. Which was nice of them, thanks!

The grilled cheeses come with a quarter pickle slice and Hardbite chips, which is a nice side addition. Tried the So Gouda grilled cheese and the flavour was unique but there wasn’t any cheese pull and it’s lighter on the cheese but this could be the preference for some. The sweet and savoury eggplant jam has a bit of curry flavour which in my opinion didn’t really go with the cheese and caramelized apple but that’s just me. Would try the So Gouda again with the caramelized...
