It was ok, I'm not sure why it was highly rated. I ordered the maki combo, which is just tuna and salmon rolls and nigiri. It leaves nothing to hide when reviewing. You expect good rice and nice cuts of the fish, especially when a pretty modest combo like this is $18.50.
It came with a miso soup which was good. The rice was ok but not great, a little dry and the seasoning could use something. The fish was good but cut rather small on the nigiri. It was pretty average sushi with above average prices.
I was on my own sitting at the bar by the door. I think they forgot about me, but no excuse really. No asking how it was, no water refill, I had to go up for the bill. It was busy, but it shouldn't matter. Overall this was disappointing and I'd try other places next time.

Everything was just so good! Spicy Salmon Roll, Unagi Roll, Salmon Sashimi, Chicken Teriyaki, Tuna Nigiri, Salmon Nigiri, Tamago Nigiri. Absolute Sushi Paradise!

I love momo sushi! Their boxes are very value for money, the sashimi is fresh, and the karage is especially good :) I do love the teriyaki chicken over the beef, but both are great!

Firstly I ordered Negitoto which usually comes with chopped red tuna belly or bare skin of tuna and the belly, but what I got was rolls with sliced bintoro which is really cheap ingredient of white tuna. I wasn't able to taste the other food as well. Since most of them contained few amounts of fish..

I ordered negitoro, and it is common sense that negitoro is sushi served with minced tuna belly or belly and flesh together. But for some reason, the same thing was served roughly cut and served without mincing, called negitoro. It was a bit absurd, so I asked if it came out wrong, and they said it doesn't chop here. It's been a while since I've been to Canada and I tried sushi for the first time. Is it because the price has gone up or is it just like this here? They add a little bit of ingredients... Of course, it's because the price is cheap...
